The Climate Innovation Award in Nigeria (CIAN) is bringing together 50 selected young women for a 3-day virtual capacity strengthening bootcamp from 27–29 October 2026.

The bootcamp is designed to help participants strengthen their climate innovations, build sustainable business models, improve financial readiness, develop partnerships, measure impact, and communicate their solutions more effectively.

Key training areas include climate innovation design, leadership and team management, resource mobilisation, climate impact measurement, pitching, scalability, and environmental compliance.

Through practical sessions and peer learning, participants are gaining skills to strengthen their solutions and increase their potential for lasting impact in their communities.
